Before becoming a coach, I spent over ten years in the medical devices industry — working in environments where clarity, precision, and sound judgment were not optional. I navigated the complexity of regulated industries, international teams, and high-stakes decisions. I know what it means to be professionally capable and yet quietly uncertain about direction.
That professional experience shapes everything about how I coach. I understand the world my clients come from. I speak the language of pharma, medtech, consulting, and engineering. And I know that intelligence alone doesn’t produce clarity — structure and reflection do.
