Questions & Answers

Practical answers about the Inner Lighthouse Journey, the WHY Discovery and working together.

What is the Inner Lighthouse Journey?

It is the full path I offer, in three modules: a free first conversation (“A quiet space before any commitment”), the WHY Discovery session, and follow-up sessions to put your WHY into practice. You can start with the first module and decide step by step.

What happens in a WHY Discovery?

After a short introduction to the Golden Circle, you share the stories and memories that marked you most. During a short pause I make a first analysis to identify recurring patterns, and we then build together a first draft of your WHY and your HOWs. More about the session →

What are the follow-up sessions for?

They help you refine your WHY and HOWs if needed, and translate them into concrete WHATs — the choices, actions and decisions of your daily life and work.

Is the first conversation really free?

Yes. “A quiet space before any commitment” is a free 25-minute online conversation, with no commitment on either side.

In which languages do you offer sessions?

In English or French. I don’t currently run coaching sessions in German: the WHY Discovery relies on nuance and precise language, and I want you to be able to express yourself fully.

Is this coaching available online?

Yes. All sessions are available online via video call, so I work with clients worldwide. In-person sessions are possible within Canton Zurich, with a travel supplement.

Do you work with companies and teams?

Yes. When engagement or motivation is fading, working on the WHY can help people reconnect with the meaning of their work. Get in touch to discuss what would fit your organisation.

I’m not sure I need coaching. How do I know?

That uncertainty is often a signal in itself. If you are thinking a lot but not getting clearer, more thinking alone may not help. The free first conversation is the easiest way to find out.

Important

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Coaching is not the same as therapy.

The coaching is not provided by a doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, or any other medical professional (“Medical Provider”), psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker (“Mental Health Provider”). The purpose of the coaching sessions is not to provide health care or to attempt to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition. The information provided in or through the coaching sessions is not intended to be a substitute for the professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by a Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider. If you have a medical or mental health problem, you should contact your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider promptly.

Still have questions?

The simplest answer is a conversation.

Free of charge, no commitment, no pressure.
